1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping worldwide as per our shipping partners. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your package may be subject to customs fees or taxes by the destination country.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
joannamiguel.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
In case you happen to receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, kindly reach out to us at info@joannamiguel.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include photos of the item in your email. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the incorrect or defective item. Once we receive the returned item, we will replace it with the correct or a new item. It's important to remember that until the item is safely received at the Joanna Miguel offices, it remains your responsibility.
