  2. Shipping Options We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. International orders are shipped via DHL.

  3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after shipment.

  5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.

  6. Customs and Import Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Joanna Miguel is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  7. Shipping Restrictions Joanna Miguel does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to certain countries due to import restrictions or shipping limitations.
